My ghee had little white dots things in the bottom of the jar. Does this mean i did it wrong? The pan had brownish stuff on the bottom so i thought it was done and didn't want to burn it.

The white dots you're seeing in your ghee are likely milk solids that have settled. This is a common occurrence and doesn't necessarily mean you did anything wrong. When making ghee, the milk solids separate out and eventually settle at the bottom. The brownish stuff you saw in the pan was probably the caramelized milk solids. As long as the ghee itself smells and tastes nutty and you didn't burn it, it should be fine. If you're concerned about the quality, you can strain the ghee through a fine mesh or cheesecloth to remove any remaining milk solids.
