For the guild tourney, I personally would love to see a final championship match between the two guilds with the best records from the round robin rather than just taking the guild with the single best record and awarding them the W. I’m sure this tourney will already be enough of a logistical headache without the final match on top of it, but I think the hype of a Super Bowl esque guild war to take the whole tourney would go crazy.

This is something I’ve considered quite a bit. I’d love to do it, it’s just hard to expect this much structure from people in this community. If we do another tournament for a group of 3 or 4, I’ll definitely consider it again.

I think the community is for the most part aligned that having to use macros is bullshit but certain things like double click and esc patch problems with the game. The esc key having a cooldown was a patchwork solution for when you could refresh auto attack cooldown when you retargeted, now that that isn't needed, it might be a simple fix to roll that back or reduce the cooldown. As for double click, it seems like maybe that's for us to implement within our own clients or continue to use macros. Hyped for the 15k amulet tournament, I'd suggest instead of banning mirrors instead just have people register with 1 class for the tournament. That way the community can begin to figure out the meta by choosing the best stuff instead of meming and there's no arguments about class lineups, people can just choose what they want. Also please fuck allow awe enhancements for that meta, games will take forever if they are first to 10. Also nice to see everyone being open and honest about their steroid use. A lot of Gunlive talk, is he the next guest?

Took a while for me to find the time to watch this one. Great eps guys. Q for DKD: Are there any glitches that you find mechanically fun? Like for example I struggle to name one, but I find crossmaps to be a lot less egregious than things like no path.

@@RasLuine The problem is that all the glitches incentivize people to setup macros. In the No Class 1v1 tournament multiple people were using spam macros. No matter what it is, when it comes to glitches people would rather have a program that does it automatically than applying it as an actual mechanic. This is a good reason why you should never listen to any advocate for the glitch playstyle who has been caught using either hacks or macros. They're literally lying about why they prefer that meta.

All of them are dumb, if you're going out of your way to look for glitches to exploit the game for any advantage it's dumb. I rather deal with glitches than macros and carbon though. But the thing they're using all 3 once you're down that road. It started off with just glitching, then macros with glitches, then macros combo'd with carbon and glitches, then macro combo'd with carbon combo'd with damage boost and infinite dodge + glitches. Like you're just adding any sort of exploit you can find at that point. To give these people any sort of legacy when they didn't even use their mouse is insane to me. Even having a macro to spam a glitch mid 1v1 instead of using your own mouse. It's ridiculous, if you did this in any other game you instantly get outed as a hacker. People that don't target are basically aimbotting, as in carbon.

Sup man, good to see you and the bois, solid video. I have some lore clarification for The Exiles and Sexci Flamez, since I was a part of both. What Evo said was correct, except switched around with some details that differ, and I’ll speak from my perspective of what happened: I was recruited into The Exiles early/mid 2011, which was my first clan ever. Our squad was Thee, Naka, Firedog, Dragon King15, NinjaMcNuggets, and Bags858, the rest I forgot. I don’t remember Religious Sam ever being there, he might have left before I joined though. I stayed with them until they disbanded later that year for whatever reason (can’t remember). I joined Sexci Flamez (led by Daredevil) in the beginning of 2012 and stayed until it was essentially highjacked by some of the former Exiles squad (Thee, Firedog, DK15) which took leadership away from Dare and the clan was renamed to “Calamity”. This time period took place around clans such as B.E.T.A and Resistables.
