I did event photography & afterparty video overview in London 3.5 years. I liked being surrounded by music and to go on these events anyways and these promoters din't had 50 GBP to pay. My best promoter paid 80-90 GBP per all night from 10 PM to 5-6 AM. Very unrealistic but is working to get free but not to be paid. Nobody want to pay. For sure not this amounts. I was Every weekend Friday, Sat and Sunday and hardly paid 300 rent. They offered 1-3 drink tickets and all the rest of expense was mine going there and back and finding parking so on. 300-380 photos delivered. 180 photos minimum and many deleted. I say all this because they where also 2 people going sometimes on the same events on and off. This work on some places. It depends of the size of the events but big events are already covered. I'm a dj for over 25 years playing vinyl records like a ninja but there i was just the photographer. I can relate but not realistic.

Hey Champion another great vid. I didn’t even think about this avenue. My thoughts was always “nah I want to work for myself” but framing it the way you have has given me a holy f*$k moment. Side note I’d love to see/hear your ideas on music selection/best genres etc as this always takes so much time to pick stock music that sounds and feels right for each property. I know you create your own music but the only instrument I play is the triangle. As always thanks again

Hey Aimon, when you say the better job you do the more it pays off, how does that look financially for you? Do you have a salary + benefits? like percentage of the commission, or taking in come from each service provided, r just taking s shareholders cut? I started out doing real estate media in house, then went out on my own. Which you're right, you don't stop working. Have thought about doing this myself with a local real estate firm. My previous in house experience was set up as a salary + percentage of the service sold. I was doing quite a bit of other stuff within the company which I didn't want to do, hence why I left, plus having some more "freedom".
@CreativePhilosophy_Ай бұрын
Yeah so I get dividends based off of profit which makes me more motivated to care about growing the business. I also do a lot of stuff I wouldn't have to if I was in my own business, but the trade off is worth it because I get other things like to be a leader in the business etc.

De-emphasis your "workflow" as being something of value to others. Everyone has their own way of working. Forget about your egoism on your website. No one cares about your personal 'image' or seeing images of you. Concentrate on 'story' and telling your own. For the most part. Find a metor who will speak to you honestly. Good luck with your channel and offerings.

Thanks for your comment. I have had many requests on my workflow, making it clear it is of value to others. This whole project is about providing value to others, if that is triggering to you, perhaps you need to find a mentor?
