In my experience, sr developers are sr because they have better design, attention to detail and think of edge cases a jr wouldn't consider. The "AI", let's be honest, auto complete, will not ever do this.

Correct! I've been experiencing with GitHub CoPilot and the ONLY thing it has been useful for us reducing tedium when setting up unit and integration tests. Once it recognizes a pattern, it latches on and sometimes makes helpful suggestions that save me a few key presses. It will NEVER make me a better developer

It's the other way around. You are put in charge of 150 people over someone who is put over 20 because you have shown to be better. So yes, you are more powerful.

Hello Dear, I watched your KZbin video and noticed it ranks lower than others.I was analyzing your KZbin channel. ItsRajTut struggling with subscribers and video views for monetization? SEO is lacking, though your content is fantastic. Do you know why your videos aren't attracting more views? One key factor is the insufficient SEO (your videos' SEO score is 0/100%, ideally it should be 70%).if you'd like, I can assist you with improving it ,I can help you grow your KZbin channel & your business. Let me know if you'd like my assistance. Best regards, Maruf (KZbin video SEO Expert).

Dear , Love to see you along with this channel on tech discussion. But I am really very surprised to see that you didn't consider SEO for each of your videos. Where I found this SEO score is 10 out of 100 as per VidIQ and you also not used any good quality tags in here. So, as a subscriber of channel, I want to know that is SEO completely valueless or you have any other techniques. Thanks.

E2 visa with only a 13K home investment? 13K to 100 M in 10 years? Your real estate portfolio and business is about employing as few Americans (USA) as possible and taking advantage of lower income families in Southern Illinois and the Metro East Area (11.2M annual while employing 25?). You’re part of the problem and will eventually go back to Canada when you finish squeezing lower income people in this area. This video provides little information about where your initial investment comes from after graduating college with a stupid degree (check the box type degree). With next to nothing about your background besides your fake rags to riches story. This is a story about a 13K failure of a mobile home to suddenly affording a 300K mortgage while being on a visa, “so believable”, all this before mentioning your parent’s Line of Equity (So Self Made, So Smart). I’m glad that the KZbin algorithm at least still acknowledges fake gurus because I can’t publicly/visibly dislike content anymore.

I’ve known Bob for going on 20 years and learned more about his grit in this interview than many of the social outings because he is so humble about his business. Excellent interview and advice. I was caught with a real estate portfolio in the 2008/9 downturn and it takes a rare individual to be able to work out one-on-one with the banks and investors and have them trust you to continue to steward the asset. Bob Walpert, you’re a class-act and thank you for always being an encouragement even when times were tough. Thankfully, the Lord has been generous with His favor and I’ve been able to rebuild and prosper and His hand of favor is just getting started. My key takeaways: 1) treat people how you would want to be treated (Golden rule derived from Jesus’ teaching “love your neighbor as yourself.” 2) Some things are outside of your control, however, you can still do your best to make a positive outcome, and even if it looks dark at the time, remember this truth if you are in God’s family Rom8:28: “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28 NKJV bible.com/bible/114/rom.8.28.NKJV It doesn’t mean that everyone will think that the time that the challenge you’re going through is “good”, it just means that God can work it for your good, if you: 1) love God above all else, 2) are called to His purpose. Thank you, Bob for sharing your wisdom and work ethic with the younger generation. Blessed to know you and call you friend.
