Amen on the innovation labs! I'm so happy I found you and your talks, seriously you put words in what I feel in this whirlwind of battles between design thinking and design sprints and what is more cool. This people are only making quick money with band-aids! working in Nestlé training their DT coaches, I experienced that the real issue comes right after the training and you just pointed out every single pain my coaches experienced! *The middle management nightmare* I just bought your book and I hope to get some ideas on how to help my coaches once they leave the trainings to endure all the challenges ahead to actually make something happen inside traditional organisations. Thanks a lot, you should share more in social media, people should be listening to your insights on transforming large organisations!
