It is unrealistic that automatic weapons deal less damage than semi-automatic. I believe there was a fix for this in fallout 4.
@auggyx2Ай бұрын
Yeah - I know the magsniper had a higher DPS, but I've got a tendency to spray-n-pray. I may hunt for something to rebalance/fix the weapon damage stuff later on down the line. While I can see the Va'ruun inflictor doing more damage due to that hanging energy ball, my companions keep running into and getting mad at me. In theory it's fixed but I'm not really holding out a lot of hope on that.

I went into that unmarked bandit hideout around the side of Whiterun, picked the chest and it must have triggered an ambush script, as I turned to leave got jumped by 3 much stronger bandits. Chased me all the way back into Whiterun. Immersive creatures has some creative placements of armored skeletons etc at shrines, between the 2 mods a lot of unexpected encounters. What level is your character, you're just blazing your way through this dungeon, I thought the Hammet stuff was supposed to be hard. Do you rate the dungeons?
@auggyx26 ай бұрын
Serja here is about level 143 and rather overpowered. Hammet's dungeons are definitely a challenge - like I wouldn't even think about doing one until around level 40-50.
@Timmy51m6 ай бұрын
@@auggyx2 143, wtf lol. That's crazy. My first character that I've almost finished the game with I think in terms of quests and places visited, is level 57 and 300 hours, how do you even get to such a level? The first 200 hours or so was survival but it started to feel a bit tedious then. I'm looking to get another going with a few mods, I just tried with interesting npc's but it's gotten unstable after about 20 hours and started crashing so I think I'm going to lose that mod and start again, it's only going to get worse I imagine, and all they do is talk, talk, talk anyway. Dungeons is the most fun part of the game, so I think I'll just add some of them, skyrim flora overhaul, and textures, keep it simple. Hammet's seem popular, are they the best to go with do you think? Maybe EasierRiders, that seems like a popular pack. I watched a few forgotten dungeon videos they look a bit of a mess.
@auggyx26 ай бұрын
@@Timmy51m I'll be honest- mods. I've got a perk overhaul (Perkapalooza) and a skill uncapper that let me change the skill limit from 0-100 to 0-500 and make attendant adjustments in xp (500 was an arbitrary number, but it seems to work). With a lot of things related to mods, personal taste is going to be your guide. I absolutely love Hammets' dungeons, but at the same time what I like's not for everyone. My wife has a tougher time with them then I do, partly because her characters aren't as OP as mine and partly because she doesn't wander as much in dungeons. (in Skyrim outside of dungeons though...)
@Timmy51m6 ай бұрын
@@auggyx2 Dungeons are the best part of the game by far I think, but I see what you're saying, having to avoid them until the late game is a little strange I suppose, rather than just coming across them and delving in. Have you tried many other dungeon mods that you think are good?
@auggyx26 ай бұрын
@Timmy51m i actually haven't tried many dungeon-specific mods. Now cycling back I started rethinking on the level advice. If memory serves Hammetts are leveled to a degree, so I would say give 'em a crack as soon as you can. (Also note that from my perspective of playing a pretty OP style, level 50 is "early game'.)

So what do you think of Hammet's dungeons in general? They look like a total walk in the park for your character, but what if I'm pretty shit at skyrim and starting a new playthrough as an archer in survival mode, will I encounter problems do you think? Are there any patrolling enemies, seems like they all pop out of coffins.
@auggyx26 ай бұрын
In general, they're well laid-out with clever puzzles. No patrolling enemies, but you might be on the struggle-bus for a few of them. I believe they are scaled to your level, so you'd have that going for you.
