Is point alert a tone or only vibration?

So how does it work with 2 dogs? Will it show both or just the one on point or what?

It will vibrate to let me know a dog is on point. I can toggle between red, black and blue dog indicators to see which one’s are on point and which ones are still hunting with all of their ranges.

Good video and great dog work. Ordered the 550 + for my big running pointers as they sometimes forget I am along on the hunt when we are in the big open spaces of West Texas and Oklahoma. At 77 yrs old I don’t need all the Alpha mapping confusion, I just want to know how far in what direction my dogs are. I also wanted a unit with several low setting of stimulation for bird work training. Your video showed both. Thanks.

I learned something. I did not know what Spring Tails were so I looked them up. I know Spring Tails by the name of Snow Fleas.
