Just fitted the release lever conversion which was a bit of an adventure The lever pivot screw bottoms out in the female thread in the lever, guessing this was done to allow correct clearance so the lever can be moved but is not loose. That damn screw was tight, had me stressing that I was going to round out the allen head socket, fortunately that did not happen but I had to use a 6" shifter on the allen key for leverage ! I also laid the receiver / lever on a 25 watt soldering iron for 10 mins to heat the female thread, maybe paranoia but I breathed a big sigh of relief when the screw broke free [with a CRACK]. Loctite was required for reassembly, the female thread in the new lever appears to be deeper and if the screw is tightened the lever has no clearance and binds, no issues with using Loctite, exactly what it is intended for. The allen key for securing the two pieces of the lever together is tiny, a good Bondhus 1.5mm key at total tools was under $5.00. Possibly a good idea to also buy a good quality 3mm key for the lever pivot screw, one junk key from my collection of random keys rounded off pretty easily. The factory lever pivot screw is serious quality, the entire gun seems very well made.

i'd be kinda scared that the sling attachment point might pop out or break even under normal use with a sling but i think heavy-duty use would absolutely pop it out and break the tabs. so hey if i buy one from your website and the sling point breaks would you replace it? because i'm really digging this combo!!

Mate - cheers for making this video!! I have a 2024 model in NZ and filling it with gas has been doing my head in.. Every time I fill it, it overflows when it is clearly only half full.. I would then have to creep in the remaining 5 litres in and it was taking me 5 minutes to gas up. Finally sat down to look at it and found your video - what a monstrosity haha. I`ve used a couple of sets of BCP brake drum and disc rotors on landcruisers and never had any issues ``But`` i`ve always been reluctant to use slotted & dimple & never have.They maybe OK for bitch sealled roads but in mud & dirt i think they collect the shit. A remedy for Disaster.Bendix blue strip & flat discs in my view.

I have the addler b230 (same gun just mag fed) and my single complaint is the pull lever is just too small. Any more then five shots and your finger is killing.

I regret buying my American Rimfire. The center line of the magazine does not line up with the center line of the chamber so consequently the ammunition gets hung-up when the nose of the bullets hit the left side of the chamber. Ruger refuses to fix it. Garbage company!
