THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU MAY BE ABLE TO REVIVE THAT BATTERY... THE BMS WILL REFUSE TO TURN ON IF ANY OF THE 20 GROUPS OF SERIES CELLS IS BELOW 3 VOLTS - 2.5 VOLTS. OR IF ANY OF THE GROUPS IS ALOT LOWER THEN THE REST. 1. OPEN THE BATTERY 2. USE A MULTIMETER AND CHECK THE VOLTAGE OF EACH OF THE 20 GROUPS OF CELLS 3. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL FIND THAT ONE OR SO OF THE GROUPS WILL HAVE A LOWER VOLTAGE THEN THE REST. 4. IF THE GROUPS THAT ARE LOW HAVE AT LEAST 1V OR HIGHER, USE A POWER SUPPLY OR R/C BATTERY CHARGER AND CHARGE THE LOW GROUPS UPTO THE SAME VOLTAGE AS THE REST OF THE OTHER GROUPS. (JUST SET THE POWER SUPPLY TO SAME VOLTAGE AS THE OTHER GROUPS) ***IF ANY OF THE GROUPS ARE LOWER THEN 1V DONT BOTHER TRYING TO CHARGE IT*** 5. THE BMS WILL REACTIVATE WHEN IT SEE'S THAT ALL OF THE 20 GROUPS HAVE THE SAME VOLTAGE.
