If they can build a little over the tracks then why not build all the ways along with apartments on top. Galway, Limerick, Cork and Dublin could learn a lot from Waterford right now, what a river, what a city, and what amazing people too. Proud to call the oldest city in Ireland one of our grestest and this is coming from a proud Limerick man.
