I am on day 2 and have had zero pain so far. Trick is water fasting two days prior to the surgery and enemas the night and morning of surgery to make sure my pipes were clear. I plan to do extended liquid fasting for 5 days so there is not much to eliminate during the healing process. We will see how things go in the next several days, but if done right, pain doesn't have to be as bad as a lot of people say.

Hello, thanks so much for putting out this much of this Video on Bishop Walden I really enjoy him. Church of God In Christ takes they Video down after it goes off live. If you have his whole message Bishop Walden can you put on U tube please. Tuesday day and night services was taken down and Wednesday morning and afternoon was taken down. I did call spoke with someone and they told me that was true that they are taken all the services down after they goes off live. I am prayer that they put back on. It has always kept on.
