I wonder who is actually stronger Zodd or Grunbeld? Zodd's whole thing is he just wants to fight the strongest person, but gives up the fight against guts to Grundeld... is it cuz Skull knight is there? hmmm

Spoiler: Just as a hunch, Zodd is up to something, he was the one who fleed against Griffith and Guts in the golden age, then he helps guts in some battle, then he helps guts again against the despicable Wyald, feels that he was always there to help griffith achieve the aclipse, but him also having history with Skull K. is sus.

He wants to fight the strongest. Zodd does whatever the fuck Zodd wants to do lol. so let's wait, 4 years for the next chapter to find out *Cries.

Their conversation about the armour and Karma (causality) is super interesting. Flora says its not a circle but a spiral... suggesting it isn't true. Spoilers: So far the amour itself Has stripped him of all his physical feelings (He's blind now and can barely hold his sword) and the beast is fully unchained and is a hairlength way of taking over completely (which could lend to the apostle theory with Slan in 378). But if what Flora is saying is that it won't go that way, then there is hope. Jesus. I have no idea how guts is going to pull himself out of this one.

Wow. Watching this again... with the panels being shown at a great pacing btw... I see Slan is obsessed with Guts. So she manifested herself through literal troll guts (imagine the smell) to contact him... This shows that she is acting by herself. This is interesting. Spoilers: This makes me think that in the current 378 chapter its Slan that is infiltrating the Kuzan City... She's trying to get Guts to become an Apostle again! He is literally at his lowest point at the moment which you have to be to perform the ritual. There are trolls being summoned (Same as in this scene). And the MASSIVE vortex be summoned over the city. Definitely a God hand showing up. My money is its her. Which would mean she acting on her own again, which MEANS, god hand entities could have different agendas. WHICH MEANS... *im cooking, that Casuality is being interfeared with by free will of a god hand. omg, my brain. But is it still the plan of the godhand that Slan would betray them? Because Griffith DEFINATELY does not want Guts to become an Apostle (which - considering his current state, is very possible). DAMN I LOVE BERSERK.

Spoilers: Interesting theory, the godhand would only accept Casca as Guts sacrifice, and this will never happen imo, i mean i would be break my heart IRL.

He could sacrifice his comrades. ironically chapter 221 (you posted yesterday) ends with guts looking at the new team, and comparing them to his old comrades. So they are definitely precious to him enough to make a sacrifice. That all being said, i think,,, the recipe to do it will be there, and perhaps causality willed guts to give up and Slan convinces him to do the ritual.. the guy can barely see anymore because of the berserker armor... he doesn't even want to use his sword... but thats just not who guts is. He WILL defy. Somehow he will find the will. Guts is him. I think Slan could be the one in trouble this time.
