I'll never play Starfield and the sole reason is the fact that I dislike how Bethesda puts it on modders to make their games. No Man's Sky has issues as well though even after it's vast amount of improvements over the years. I did play it for several hundred hours. It is still quite empty feeling. It could use more dynamic events happening. Mainly space battles. Freighter and Frigate customization would be nice too. Also...in Light No Fire I hope they learn from their mistakes. Years is too long to improve things.

Beautiful living ship with a unique color- congratulations Dirt!!! I Love the living ships so much, I have 4...LOL You can get upgrades for your living ship too by warping in space till you get anomaly warnings, when it's an egg shaped thing, shoot it! You can also get them by sending living freighters on your freighter to do missions and you will randomly get a "corrupted egg" which are upgrades for your living ship. Also the living ship upgrades are unique in the way that, if you get a "C class" you can upgrade it to "B", then "A", then "S" using nannites.

DUDE; you literally have a compass at the top of your screen you could use to make sure always heading north or south... ><

Man, when you do these activities in No Man's Sky, it always reminds me of the time I did similar, but not identical things in No Man's Sky. I feel like the two of us could be sitting next to an anachronistic, weirdly purple fireplace and reminiscing about our similar--though again, not identical--space exploration experiences.

I hated doing missions in Starfield, played for a dozen hours and stopped, thanks to the crimson fleet mission, constantly forced to fly back and fourth with a million cutscenes and annoying NPCs and forced stealth missions, if you want to stay on the good side.
