But it doesn’t stop there-they are currently suing hundreds of small businesses who haven’t received any funds, which is a violation of their very own contract. If you’re from out of state, they exploit the financial challenge of traveling for court appearances, leveraging this tactic to obtain summary judgments against clients who can’t defend themselves. Look at the BBB comments, where numerous clients report paying deposits, never receiving funds, and being denied deposit refunds by ERC. I strongly urge anyone dealing with this company to file complaints with both your state’s Attorney General and Utah’s Attorney General. After 35 years in corporate compliance banking, I have never encountered a more predatory operation. We’ve now had to retain attorneys, who, in our initial meeting, shared that they are already handling multiple cases against ERC Specialists and are well aware of the fraudulent practices they are perpetrating on unsuspecting business owners. Now I expect ERC cronies to leave a "pat response" or claim my review isn't one of their clients. It appears to be their M.O. As well if you dig deeper "google ERC specialists complaints" you'll find a plethora of complaints people have made all over the internet. Do your research people!

Nice job. I think paying off your mortgage is always a smart move. Although the nay sayers have no actual concept of what you are experiencing. Investing your money makes sense after all debt is paid off. The idea that you have to calculate capital gains on your investments earnings versus just paying off your debt is easy math. You avoid market risk and the ability to really cut back off expenses when times are tight. An example being, outside of Florida you can just cancel you homeowners policy if you have no mortgage if it came down to essential versus paying on a HO policy. Try doing that with a mortgage and the mortgage company will just force place an expensive policy on you. Being debt free on your personal home just makes sense. On an investment property, that is a another topic.

Thank You. I was a Teacher in Georgia ( both permanent, and Long term Certified Substitute) and I paid into the 403B FICA Alternative Plan. I Retired and got that Retirement. However I think that the Carrier and School District Cheated me. Despite the fact that I was a Veteran Teacher with over 21 years of Classroom Teaching experience. I have since left the School District and got my 403B FICA Retirement in a LUMP SUM PAYOUT! Is there anything that I can do? I would greatly appreciate your feedback. If your plan offers a good brokerage company to choose from I.e. Fidelity or Vanguard and you have many different no-load index funds to choose from it’s a great choice. People should definitely do their research first though.
