If you don't mind me asking, what is your job? I love to play music and I play it good enough to recognized as one of the top trombone high school players in the state of California but I am worried about making it a job. I want to continue playing music but I don't think I'll make it a living and I was wondering what do you do where you can do music and live a life without financial worries

Great question. I chose music as a life-long hobby. I am a scientist, worked at a big pharma and some other life sciences tools companies. The 'life without financial worries' part is a bit trickier....
