Being accustomed to the mostly wordless recognition of empirical shaping laws from direct experience, this style of presentation is difficult to understand unless some definitive statements are made in the introduction, ("Define your Terms philosophically"). It would appear that the Practical Experiment format approach such as that of Sciencing Re-search practices are restricted to follow the same look and listen format that QM-TIME Completeness is composed of. This is my problem, not that of qualified Philosophers who are refining the details of civil behaviours, following on from those such as Machiavelli.
