How does the camera look on this build?

Nice flight! Nice long burn time. I am building my own Loc Hi-tech rocket. Reinforced with fiberglass resin! :-) Ultimate goal is to fly it with a CTI J-150 engine!

I’ll be using a mad cow Phoenix and it’ll be weighing in at just a hair over 4lbs on the pad. I’m looking at using this motor. How much did your rocket weigh and what altitude did you get out of it?

I don't have that data unfortunately. You could find rough weight info on the LOC website I imagine. Really really rough guess, this rocket was probably only 2 to 2.5 lbs and probably went 3 or 4k feet. If you haven't tried it already, I would recommend getting RockSim or Open Rocket and doing a simulation.

Looks nice. Did you ever launch it on anything bigger? I wonder if the kits are still available.

I know this video is a year old, but your the only person I can find who launched this model on an I motor. You used an I212 and it worked fine, I want to use an I242 and am a bit concerned because it is cardboard. Did you add any fiberglass to this rocket to strengthen it?

Nope, no fiberglassing on this build. I am pretty sure it could handle an I242 no problem as long as the tube isn't already compromised somehow.
