Thank you, thank you, thank you for this. I spent weeks remolding the Home Alone house only to log in one day and it had been set back to what it looks like when you first buy it. I didn't want it to auto save, so I haven't touched it in weeks. I can finally play the game again.

On day 1, I never progress any quests until i have built up a good stockpile. Then, the town will attack you on it's own later in the day

I remember when at day 3-4 (something like that) i entered abandoned house to escape bandits without knowing more are inside, so i went out the house and looters inside the house got off the house too and they were like 7 bandits running after me and my stamina going down, was saved because i randomly found 1 guard and they all change target and agro on him and i could escape, RIP.

OMFG THANK YOU SO MUCH .. I HAVE OVER 700 HOURS IN THIS GAME ive just had my harddrivers replaced as they crashed and having my old hard driver as the saves but for some reason the house flipper game has been installed and was comimg up as a new save lucky i could download the saved game from the cloud but didnt know how to make the game load that save up . U are a bloody god

So unfortunately, this only works for backups on the previous computer, because the saving is done locally. However, if you still have the previous laptop, you might be able to transfer those files from the old one to the new one! It would work the same way, you would just need a USB stick or to save it on google drive or similar! It would just be cross computers, instead of the same one!
