Here is how I make the these delicious protein bars: ) frozen bananas 2 1/2 cups oatmeal (1) c peanut butter 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or raw honey 1 tablespoons raw coconut oil (melted) 2 eggs 2 tablespoons ground flax seed 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk Mix just until blended Then gently fold in (1) frozen wild blueberries 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips Put in 8x2x2 pan lined with parchment Bake at 375 for 45-60min. Let cool for 20 min. Cut into desired squares and Enjoy. Store in refrigerator in covered container or freezer.
