Great talk. When Don moved to Washington, I remember thinking that there would probably be another psuedo-chapter of PG there soon. Don's an energetic guy with the gift of gab and energetic charisma. Sounds like he created the fellowship he craved at the first door he walked in. Impressive.

Can sounds as you can't really beeing comfort with your alcoholism in the US. Audiovisionable attitude. It's such an hard societiy and inhuman country to live in. Why are you not moving? Back home again? England is a lovely calming place for your soul, if you find the right place to stay.😊 God bless your soul!😊

I’m almost 4 years sober coming in August and haven’t been to a meeting in almost 2 years. This helped give me some courage to go back to some. Thank you.

I met Gerry in St. Catharines yesterday. His message of recovery was powerful and straight to the point. To use a boxing term. "He pulled no punches." Thanks Gerry for your message of hope and all you do to help others. All the best going forward.

"Allergy of the body and obsession of the mind" is the first thing that really stuck with me in the early days of sobriety. It is something from AA that applies to so many things in this world; alcohol, drugs, sex, porn, etc and no matter how much we consume, its never enough.

Happens that I find people who or they find me constantly and tell me their life story.

This dude's a maniac, between him and Bob D you can get sober just listening to those two guys.
