Used shock oil ,correct amount of course LOL. Shock shaft is not worn at all !! If it is early shaft seal failure will occur .. There are reasons why new shocks are sold .

No doubt that they are a good worker but the problem is that they dont have proper training, they open the shock cylinder why dont change the oil seals and replace the fresh oil?
