Dear Vijay, I recently came across your channel and have watched some of your earlier videos, including the interviews with Mr. Aditya, Mr. Vishnu, and Mr. Naveen, which I found insightful and engaging. However, I wanted to share some thoughts on your recent video, which I feel could be improved for better impact. While I appreciate the effort you put into creating the slides, I believe the content could have been more relatable and practical if it focused on your personal journey-how you came to the UK, the challenges you faced, and how you reached your current stage. Stories of personal experiences are always more engaging and inspiring than general discussions. A few specific observations from the video: Discussing Lifestyle: Instead of broadly talking about lifestyle and goals, I think it would resonate more if you acknowledged that everyone's journey is unique. People make mistakes and can't always follow a perfectly aligned path to success. Lifestyle isn’t just about striving for success-it also includes having good relationships, maintaining a healthy balance, and enjoying the process. Thrive for the Best: In the video, you mentioned strategies for achieving success, but it didn’t feel relatable. For example, you could draw parallels with Virat Kohli’s journey. He didn’t achieve success overnight; he worked hard, starting with RCB, and his efforts over the years made him a star. He’s now in a position where he doesn’t have to prove himself, yet he continues to perform. Relating such examples to your own journey-explaining how you moved from "good" to "better" to "best"-would help viewers connect more deeply with your message. Adding Credibility: You mentioned a friend who started a million-dollar setup but didn’t share the company name or much detail about it. Providing specifics would make the story more credible and inspiring. Without details, it can feel vague or unrelatable. Accuracy in Expressions: While I understand the intent behind saying “120 percent effort,” technically, giving more than 100 percent isn’t possible. It might sound motivational, but it could also come across as exaggeration. Instead, emphasizing dedication and consistent effort might feel more authentic to the audience. Lastly, I feel that having experienced guests with hands-on knowledge on the topics discussed would bring more value to your channel and keep the audience more engaged.

Well said bro. This is the same condition even in India. I have worked as a recruiter for a while and the people who blabber that there's no job opportunities literally have no idea how much HRs are struggling to hire one quality candidate and to hold them in the company..Contiouns leaning and continuously upskilling ourselves matters a lot when comes to finding a job.. Having a degree from a reputed university alone won't secure as a good job. We must spend at least an hour per day to learn the trending skills that is relevant to the program we have enrolled for...Even after finding a job we should keep on learning new things..
