Even from far off New York City I praise and thank you for your work (my sister was a patient of yours some time ago, and indeed last year I was too). Your service is at once challenging, essential, exhausting and vital but ultimately rewarding in the best possible way. May I wish you a beautiful Christmas despite all the odds, and a New Year bringing, at last, hope for an end to this nightmare. Mille merçis as the French say.
