This LRB is not and never will be the band that became legendary. All they have done is taken the name, they are not the same band that was created by Graeme Goble, Beeb Birtles and Glen Shorrock. They wrote the hits, they recorded the hits and they even created the name.

I like Wayne, he's a great singer, but todays LRB is as much LRB as a man in the moon.The lawsuit against the real LRB where they can't even use their own name is utterly ridiculous. As a professional musician who is currently the front man for LRB Wayne needs to hear recordings of himself singing live and evaluate what songs are in his wheel house and what songs are not. Just saw him perform St. Louis 2022. Some songs were spot on and others well, it would of been best if he let the other singers in the band perform them. Part of being a professional musician is adjusting to what you can do as you grow older. And try to give the best product you possibly can to an audience who loves LRB.

Just sold my LRB concert tickets at a loss after learning none of the band are original members and lost their name in court. They are not even close to selling half the seats at the venue, people are on to these fakes!

Same shit, different band. Things go sour, and the members who believe that they made the strongest contributions during the band's heyday want to own the name forever. I'm not taking sides with Nelson or Sharrock, other than to say that Nelson's higher octave vocals during LRB's original lineup simply sound better.

Just saw them in Nashville a week ago and Wayne blew me away with his vocals. They still sound great!

Sure this bloke may have rerecorded the original songs with a view to deceiving the listening/buying public. But as they realise that the ie. AMAZON sale of LRB music is not the original music tracks that they grew up and made memories with but rerecorded versions to say that they are unhappy is an understatement. Is`nt music supposed to make people happy? Imagine being deceived into believing that you just bought original music tracks when they are not AND you can`t return or reverse the sale. Little River Band are not allowed to perform the music they wrote in the 70s down under because this bloke has the power to stop them. The ageing original band members and fans will never get to see them perform live ever again FACT. They just want to tour Australia NOT the US. Good on you Wayne for keeping LRB going. Don’t listen to the haters! As a bass player, I’ve experienced my fair share of “band politics” over the years. Being able to sing lead vocals AND play bass is a big deal that not to many people would get, only other bass players!! Your a class act and an inspiration 👏👏

Steven Housden (who controls the LRB name) is an idiot. Sure, be greedy, but he's leaving a ton of money on the table by not just bringing back Shorrock, Goble and Birtles along with Wayne Nelson. He'd make even more than he's making now by bringing back the OG LRB. The current line-up is a great cover band, but no, it's not LRB.
