@@wisin_k20 im having issues with fitment, i have the same manifold and fuel rail with Alpha Injection 1000cc injectors and i have a big gap, the black spacer doest cover the space and bolt is short. I had the hybrid racing fuel rail and same 1000cc injectors and went in perfect with the black spacer and bolt.with the RBC manifold. Do I need to push the injectors more in? seems like you did some force putting yours in.

@ you can go to Home Depot and get thicker spacers and longer bolts. Go to the hardware location with your bolts and match the threads on them and get the bolts longer.

Hey do you have any idea how to change the oil coolant hose that runs on the side of the motor near the timing chain? the long hose not the not U shaped line that bends, there seems to be little to no clearance to remove old hose and install the new one.. any tips appreciated thanks

@@dannyem4787 what I ended up doing with my civic was that I used a long niddle nose pliers and a long flat head screwdriver to help me pry it off once you slide off the clamp grip the hose with the pliers where the clap was and wiggle it right to left to break it free it probably been on there for years and it’s stuck.

coming from the V8 world, when you start revving past 7000rpms you usually need to change to a larger alternator pulley to slow it down in the high rpms so it doesnt over spin and destroy the alternator.

I had low voltage in my k series when I put a brand new autozone one. I put an Oem one and it resolved my issue. Ps keep pumping the content.

Hey bro. Dropping voltage at high rpm is due to over spinning the alternator. You need a under driven pulley

@@wisin_k20 My K24 Eg has Jackspania harness, conversion harness and charge harness. Autozone alternator. Drops to 12.3 on WOT. My K20 Eg has oem alternator, Jackspania harness, conversion harness and Rywire charge and drops 13.3 on WOT I’m guessing it’s the cheap alternator.

Hey so I’m getting a leak from the oil cooler it’s like repetitive drops of coolant I checked the gasket and it’s in perfect conditions what can it be?

@@alwx_. if you replaced the gasket with a brand new one try adding a little bit of Honda bond to it so it help to seal it and to keep it in place and it don’t come off the grove when you are putting the oil cooler onto the block some times it will come off the groove with out you noticing and pinch the gasket and create a leak. Just add Honda bond to the groove then put the gasket on top of the Honda bond so it doesn’t fall off.

@@javiersantos2016 another way you can’t run the harness is by going from the battery positive terminal to the fuse And then from the fuse box to the starter and then run another power wire from the alternator straight to the positive terminal of the battery. Thats how it’s ran on the oem harness I believe bb
