Having only watched this game, I could be wrong...but could you try clicking on individual dead enemy bots to see if it will let you observe them? I believe I've see it done for breakthroughs.

If it lets you, observe the bots after you kill them, I think I've seen people get research breakthroughs from them. Your going to be getting a boatload of carbon, I saw 1 player build a raised foundation instead of a wall, the bots always went around to the entrance. It's got more integrity(?) & they can't shoot over it. Something nobody I've seen do is round the corners of your walls, you can build diagonal by zig-zigging them, might keep them out & give you better shots. I saw a guy who used hundreds of traps to wound & kill enemy bots before they made it to the base. I gotta try this game someday, lol.

This is definitely the place to try out charging your batteries with the 1.21 gigawatts from a lightning rod, lol

Obviously keeping Hope alive is the most important thing as you have noticed, everyone else is expendable, lol. More rebels will show up to help Hope. Hope has to reach 10 intelligence to become sentient. She can get married, that will help. She can also get a mentor who will offer her on of the skills. Good luck.

When you get a bug warning, pause time, assign each person to their mech, then unpause time. They'll run over & get in. It's to save time. I wouldn't send the battle drones out untill your ready, they'll just speed the attack. Your mechs can jump faster than they can walk, if you need them at the other gate, jump over.

Here's a idea, might work. 1 block out from your array, build a raised foundation 3 blocks wide, no steps. Then build a celling on top of the raised foundation, build another celling on top of that & so on till it's higher than the array. Now enclose it with walls. Only the flyers could get to it without much effect.

Yikes that pulse rifle did more damage to your crops than the hungry pest, lol. The weakest of walls around each field will keep them out.

You can level land where you salvaged a space craft, lay out a foundation over it, then remove it, I'm not sure if you even have to build it, I only saw 1 player even try, lol. I'm 99% sure your going to beat this this time.

Your people could use earplugs so their sleep isn't disturbed, that's a minus 3 happiness. They'd be alot happier if they had a diggery Doo & hand pan. If they're not good musicians, the earplugs will come in handy too, lol

As a after thought, you'd probably have to watch her or she'll walk back without the mech.

Rather than have Samantha walk all the way around to scavenge those ship, put her in the little mech, walk over & leap down off the cliff. Do the salvage, get back in the mech & leap back up. It works in my mind at least, lol.

Both mechs can leap a long way in case the bugs are swarming you. The big one can fire a barrage of missiles father than it can shoot. Both leap and barrage take a bit before they can be used again.

There is a sensor you can built that will turn your turrets on & off automatically. It's a motion sensor I think.

Well that's not a bad idea too, but I was talking about a small walled area where your people are standing to fight now. It should be a low wall they can shoot over, yet hide behind. A few layers of traps around your turrets and flamethrowers will help. I have been told and it seems true, the more defence you have, the large the attacks, but I once saw a player wipe out 2,500 consortium robots, so? Lol

When you build the array attacks will increase. I would built traps inside & out you entrance. You can also build a small walled area where you stand, that will give you some protection from the acid throwing bugs. Cover the inside of that with traps & several rows of traps around it to slow them down long enough to kill. Hope that made sense, lol.

I'm pretty sure everyone has killed Ken, he's a great scavenger & has high combat skills, he gains happiness observing dead, seems like it's his destiny to die, at least he died happy, lol.

I don't know why or how to fix it, everyone I've seen play before has 6hrs between the Aggressive Animal warning & their attack. You seem to have an hour maybe 2 to get ready. Guess they're keeping you on your toes, lol.

If you didn't know, I pretty sure the tall cactus can be cut down for maybe 50 wood each?

I've never seen anyone do it, but large statues are 275 integrity, could you make a wall out of them? I'm not telling you to do it, just wondering if it would even work, lol.

If you have the metal make lots of traps, even inside the walls in case they over run you again. If you learned from it, it wasn't a total lose. Crazy how much damage they can do.

I've seen worse, lol. You have to have an entrance or they will go through the walls.

I believe if you build a lightning rod next to a battery & lightning strikes it, it will charge your battery.
