Hi 👋 Cameesha, love 💖 the vlog today, just a little tip for slump🤦 coming from the Caribbean living in the western world 🌎, can tend to be a bit repetitive, what helps me, is changing up your environment, like 🤔, my be changing colours in your home 🏠 which can easily be switched back at anytime, I learnt this trick in lockdown, not painting walls or anything but, changing bedding colours (Brighter) using warm lighting🕯️💡, switching out living room cushions covers, buying flowers 🌺🌹 ( fake or real) having different fragrances, plugging 🔌 around your home, so it feels and smell different and not the same old same old if you get what I mean.❤😊. Hope this helps 👌. Ps I also do the four seasons 🍁🍂, 🌴🏖️🌅, ❄️🌨️☃️, 🌻🌷🥀 which breaks up the year!!.
