Found out you can activate switch via glitch by painting outside the room.

Having the same issue. And if I manage to get in slightly. I get message outside of playable area. I subsequently reset back at echo.

Try hitting the switch frim just outside the wall. Worked for me

@@Jamestismyname Once you hit the the switch and keep on holding the button. You will automatically move toward the door. When your getting stuck at the entrance try changing the camera angle so you move to the left of the door and keep holding the switch button. You'll keep running and eventually it will register it as a valid button press.

Yup. Did not work. But you what did work? Trying to pull the lever from outside the wall. The animation takes a while but it finishes without the agent actually going into the room. I still missed the other collectible in that room though.
