I’m about to purchase mine and I love yours and found the exact same pattern and I’m not sure who much total it will cost me. They told me $137 per square yard but I’m not sure how many yards we got and we have about the same size of stairs you do

Tennessee is great.. I lived there from 1997 to 2004.. low taxes, great restaurant scene , reasonable home prices….great weather….. Why did I ever mov back to NYC….??

I live in Texas and we don’t get any fall weather. It’s pretty much high 80s to low 90s until mid October. Then we get mid to low 80s until mid November.we might have some fall weather for a week or two towards the end of November beginning of December. Then cold until February.

You need to do a comparison between Florida and Tennessee. Also, in your calculations you need to take into consideration the higher sales taxes in Tennessee. Tennessee chose to implement a consumption tax instead of an income tax. Also, please don't encourage liberals from those 2 states to move to Tennessee. I saw firsthand what it did in NC.
