About "why it says "STOP". It was the old way to send quick text messages - telegraph messages. STOP I believe was used instead of period sign for sake of clarity as small ", " can be easily overlooked or miss-printed. And there is big difference between "Lets eat STOP Grandma STOP" and "Lets eat grandma STOP" ;) Awesome game - used to play it on C64. One of those I have to play again.

This was the first game I saw in Amiga. My friend had a Amiga before I got one. This was the first game I was able to play. It was quite good. The bad thing about this game that I don't think this never ends... it just goes on and on...

Thanks. I played this game around 1990 when I got my first Amiga 500. I was just 7-years-old. I'm from Finland so I had no idea what this game was all about. I did not know that this is from Disney movie "The black cauldron" and I did not understand english at all so I did not get far. Not that bad game and I think that Mark Crown graphics are super. He really made many games look good even that graphics at that time were not that great. Al Lowe also was designer so I think he made a lot of cool stuff to his game as well :)

I would also say that this is a very difficult game. Can anyone really pass this without tips...??

If it's a difficult game, then unlimited "Credits/Continues" help on games like Ghouls n Ghosts, for example I find! Thumbs Up!

Very nice "let's play." You play the game in a way that puts forward its qualities. I couldn't help but watch it when I know the game very well already.

I had this when I bought a mega pack of games from BPM promotions. I solved most of the puzzles but one which I managed to skip with the cheat mode that allows you to fly around the game area. Quite fun if you know what to do, there are several puzzles which lead you down dead ends. Quite good humour, not a masterpiece but that's largely due to the limitations of the Reality construction kit. I appreciate Stephen's *effort!*

I was ten when this game appeared in '93 and I was absolutely enchanted by it. An absolute classic that for some reason was quick to fade into obscurity.

I don't know if you got your answer yet (or even if you did in the video), but this version came first. As for your second question as why there is two versions, it is because the one with Moktar is based around the song "La Zoubida" by French comedian Vincent Lagaf'. It probably would not have been very well exported in foreign countries so Titus changed the character to...well, Titus.

I remember playing this as a kid and I also never really understood what to do. However, I remember that I found a few buildings that you could “enter”. I think I got hold of that snail disguise and participated in the race for example. And I remember a very difficult jumping mini game. And I think I bought something that made it possible so drill and put in cables in the sewers. Still I could never figure out what I was supposed to achieve. I must have been really bored to get even that far though.

The very first video game ever I played in my life. Thankfully it didn't scare me away from trying other games... Thanks for the only high-quality gameplay footage on KZbin! Not even the hardcore Amiga longplayers appear to want to do this game :)

On top of the advice Fabrice wrote you, consider that in order to be successful with this game you really need to buff up - the third level for example has tons of food for you to take before eating the last brown pill (just remember you cannot store more than 12 keys, so use them as you go); some levels later on swarm you with enemies to ludicrous levels, so you need to start them with tons of health to stand a chances. In a pinch, blue gums can give you energy, but also fire breathing that can stun or scare some enemies. Puffyn (female Puffy) is a bit quicker, but she also take more damage. And this game definitely came after Gauntlet, but I don't think it is very similar to it :)

This is what 70s drug addicts thought the future was going to be. Instead... we have the era of indecency and sexual depravity. Reject Feminism. If you are reading this, go out today and say "no" to a modern woman. God will smile upon you for such an act.
