Hi Sir, I am unable to download Oracle database 12c.Is that mandatory we have to download only 12c version or any other version also ok. Because after searching I can see only 21c which is updated version. Please tell me sir?

I have an existing OEM 13.5 database of 19c version which is monitoring all my oracle DBs. Can i Use the same OEM database to install this EPM ? my boss had a hyperion database which he is insisting to start monitoring thru OEM. So I definitely need to install EPM right ?

Hi Do you need to run RCU and create all the same schemas for each one of the servers in a distributed environment? i saw that on the installation document, and i find it doesn't really make sense. Thanks

ODI Studio gets installed now along with FDMEE in 11.2. Also, this is a mandatory step now before configuring as mentioned in the Oracle Documentation for 11.2

very broad explanation..no indepth analysis of each members..including basic difference between Parent currency and Parent member should have been included..why curly and broad parenthesis are used for each memeber

At the installation time you have made a mistake - Don't use the same Oracle Middleware home as OBIEE. A lot of ADF libraries and other files will be overwritten by the future patches of either OBIEE or EPM and the system will stop working. Oracle specifies to use different homes (already had these issues). The only common home that you are allowed to use is for SOA together with EPM.

@@hh0686 08:49 just when he started the installation he kept the default Oracle Middleware home path as the one used for OBIEE. He does specify this.
