Then I had to find some other with a help of the Auto driver who was kind enough to take me around to 4 or 5 lodges looking for room in the midnight while it was raining. Its been 3rd day 3rd time now I called TravelGuru for a refund of Rs.1410 but so far no responsible action from TravelGuru. I recommend other customers like me to be careful and do not lose your money.

Hello Yatra.com, I am asking about the car damage which was done just because of you , I am asking about the extra payment given to hotel for stay at 3am to keep me and my daughter safe because you rescheduled my booking. Because of you we were unsafe at mid night at such lonely place. Pl see the attached estimate of car damage given by body shop to me. This damage of my car is because of you. Because of you my family is mentally harrased. Because of yatra.com my family was mentally tortured at mid night. Because of Yatra.com my daughter and me were wandering in streets. You will refund my complete car damage as shown in the attached bill as well as my hotel bill ( attached with this mail) And the payment of my hotel stay. I have not yet asked for your harrasment done to my family.

I have very Bad experience in this Hotel because I book from tour and travel and I already paid for everything for by travel agency for 12 hours n Check out but Hotel's Manager takes extraa Charges for Dinner and lunch.
