This version with the big metal hammer striking an anvil is the version that stood out to me the most. If they incorporated Taz saying "Survive if I let you" into this with that anvil striking sound it would be perfect.

I remember when I met him at Five Alive and I was in line meeting him. I was excited and nervous at the same time when it was my turn, I walked up to him and had bow at him and said it was honor to meet him.

I know you're joking but Susumu Hirasawa actually used 4 synths, a Yamaha CS-30 for the 8-note arpeggio that plays throughout the whole song, a Minimoog for the percussions, a Solina String Ensemble for the strings, and an ARP 2600 for the rest of the instruments. The song originally had a kick drum played by the same Moog synth but Hirasawa decided not to use it in the final version, though in the end, he was still unsatisfied by the results as it was completed in a single day, which was one of the reasons he never publicly confirmed that he produced the song until MUCH later, he also sold the rights to that song a few years after its release (apparently King Records currently onws that song), and still considers that this is “not his song” to this day.

@KolbyStogner it would be cool if the band were to appear live. I doubt the band would perform this song live though as it's mostly instrumental with other audio layered on top. There's no actual lyrics for Liam or Noel to sing. I don't think I've ever seen them perform it live ever. A live rendition of Slide Away would be sweet though
