shooting full auto with an rifle is not gonna be effective if you don't have hitman skill, because when skipping an mission the gun skill returns to beginner (but maybe you knew that). so shoot semi auto, it will increase better the skill. try checking the missions that look broke before skipping. maybe it fails cause an car explodes or an friendly npc dies. and for incomplete mission look at the map perhaps it's gonna show the objective. btw the guy who told u about sliding glitch was myself. i'm mat on yt and twitch i'm matlock just so you know.
