We never had a problem, finding deck chairs around the swimming pools. There always seemed to be plenty of them. If you go to the beach midday, you might have trouble finding an empty chair, but if you go early in the morning or late in the afternoon, there usually are some available.

We traveled on safari in Tanzania before going to Zanzibar and were advised to take malaria meds, which we did. However we saw no mosquitoes on our trip.
