Good morning Robert. Great job by the way! I have a question, I see the price but I don’t see the square footage, livable and overall. Also the size of the lot, Can you please let me know? By the way, why criticize this man’s or company’s work? No body is throwing rocks at you guys where you work while you mow the lawn!

This home is beautiful but falls short for me. The main living area was very small and offered no dining. Certainly not ideal for entertaining guests. The master closet was also very small especially at this price point.

1.3 million dollars and not even a lake view!!! Madness!!! My grand pa lived in Canyon lake and I currently live 30 minutes away. Very familiar with the area. Dont get me wrong, Canyon Lake is awesome! I love it! Lake is beautiful and it is a very small but amazing community. Believe me, no real residents there have anywhere near this kind of money! It's all outside investors cashing in on this beautiful little slice of Texas once again making it completely unaffordable to residents. The housing market is completely insane now!! Nobody should buy! Make it crash and get back to sane levels where a working man can put a roof over they're families heads with just 1 job! Madness. The house is beautiful. I want it! At half the price..... Does anybody but me remember when a Million dollars was ALOT of money???

I wish all my future clients could buy these homes at half the price. Not all my clients are investors, though. Many Texans in fields like medicine or construction are earning good money-often more than in other states-and they tend to have more savings. Speaking from experience, after living in NYC for 15 years, my wife and I have found we’re able to earn and save more here in Texas. So, it’s not that Texans can’t afford these homes-many absolutely can. However, a lot of my recent clients prefer to wait, as they agree that current property prices feel inflated. We’ll see over the next few years whether this is the new normal or just a temporarily overheated market.

San Antonio has nothing to offers compare to DFW, Houston, and Austin. The air quality is extremely bad.

I actually travel to other cities quite often, and San Antonio is my favorite. The humidity in Houston during the summer is rough, Austin feels overpriced, and Dallas is far away and a bit dull for me. Everyone has their own opinions, and each one is valid. We’re not all the same, and that’s okay.

For people that have not been to Central Texas: flat roofs work well in Austin. Although we do get rain and have 3 - 4 months of cool/cold weather it is mostly hot sun and humidity to deal with the majority of the year. Consequently, air conditioning (that dehumidify) and keeping cool is the priority. Austin is subtropical.

This house is absolutely gorgeous but the young man with the camera you all should have let somebody else show this house due to the fact he skipped two rooms not the one with the man in it but it's two rooms that he skipped and didn't even show and then sometimes he keeps going back over the same thing really y'all should have let somebody film this I have seen the ceiling a thousand times and the chandeliers yes those are nice come on with the rest of the house and the bedrooms.

This is actually the style of the home, called 'Farmhouse,' which is inspired by traditional farmhouses, but it doesn’t necessarily come with the barn, crops, or animals. It's more about the design elements like rustic wood, open spaces, and cozy vibes. So, while it’s missing the tractors and chickens, it’s all about bringing that country charm into the home itself. And yep, Texas is still big-just with smaller 'farms' in this case! 😉
