I was there, flew in in a cessna 180 with my grandfather I was 13 years old ....still haven't forgotten it .What a great time to be young !!

How does the 140 do in general around the central Idaho area John? I’m just wrapping up my ppl in Boise and am considering buying a 120/140. But I’m concerned that I’ll be pretty limited when the DA goes up in the summer. I suppose it would have to be light, cool morning flying, with a flatter prop. I work in McCall in the summer and would love to be able to commute from Boise to Work and back for the weekends. I suppose it would be ok at 6am. Love the plane! Looking to sell? ;)

Hello Phillip sorry not sooner getting back to you. Congrads on your PPL. A stock 140 with just one person on board should not me a problem at McCall paved airport almost any time of year. two people another story just check DA good before a go......Best Jack
