I think this piece lends itself well to the flute in improvising a melody within the chord progression, too. That was very nice and delightful.

パリ五輪が終わりましたね。セーヌ川での開会式をＴＶで見ていて、この曲を聴きたくなりました。 Kirio さんのフルート演奏で、癒されている今日この頃です。 （個人的には卓球女子団体の活躍に心が躍りましたが、）パリロス状態の今になって何度も聴いています。 20代の頃、アコーディオンの名演奏に憧れましたが挫折（リピート後の転調に降参）、ほろ苦い思い出。

i heard from somewhere that this piece was written in the year taffanel passed away, so gaubert dedicated the piece to the physician who treated his teacher... if this is true, marcel moyse probably knew this story. what emotions would he have, playing his own teachers's composition... written in memory of his teacher's teacher.... i can only imagine.😊 history and time flows from generation to generation....😊

糸魚川出身ですが、子供の頃の村のお祭りや、小学校の運動会で踊ったのを覚えています。 その後、お祭りは「おまんた囃子」に置き換わりましたが、この糸魚川小唄の「ヨイヨイヨイ♪」を聞くと、あの頃は元気だった祖父母の楽しそうな笑顔を思い出して、懐かしくて涙が出る。

having heard the entire piece throughout i must say the sankyo cs model has definitely has a great charm over other flutes... it is really soft and tender!😍❤️❤️❤️ muramatsu and haynes are great too, but cuesnon model just has this very special sound to it. it is soooo lovely❤❤❤
