Thanks for the clip; however, I'm still unaware of where the 300% per cent came in. It was never explained. The only percentage I saw was the result of the three issues. Even if the reduction of incidents for the three categories is cumulative, that only comes to a 187% overall reduction.

One of the biggest problems I see with gamification is when the game does not teach relevant, in context, behavioral skills. A game that creates real world challenges, fabulous. But when you try and teach how to diffuse a hostage scenario to first responders by playing Hollywood Squares, well you get the idea. 🙂 In other words, good simulation is the best form of gamification.

1) At 35:12, my variable button under property section is grey out, i manually wrote VAR(var_Name). 2) At 37:06, i need to revist the button for the variable to update on screen, i have given the action to update the variable content.
