in regards to Ward's redemption question. There have been several scenes in season 2 where it felt (and hoped) a redemption arc was on the table and going to happen. The whole of season 3 having bits of him showing up to aid the team or help getting them out of a pinch, perhaps from the shadows at first. Could have made Malick being the acting hydra head from the start and Hive using Will's body instead of Ward's.

But just want to input (like I said, 3 years later!) that the Kree orb and I think the staff (in addition to the Terrigen crystals and a Diviner) that Scott mentions are actually on display in the Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout ride in Disney California Adventure! It’s crazy that they were mentioned in this because I was just there last month (for the first time) and totally had to take a picture of the display. Cause, you know, how the show is still totally overlooked in the Marvel universe. Was completely worth the 2 hour line wait for ride as well.

I have NO CLUE why I never watched your lives before as I was watching the season as it was first airing but just wanted to say that, even three years later (how has it been THAT long?!), this episode still holds up as THE BEST and highest rated of the series! Without a doubt, and I’m not just saying because of the huge ship development (though let’s be honest, that’s a big part), but especially with your directing. Which has turned out to be just the start of your incredible directing career. Still holds up as an episode to watch over and over again. Well done!
