i'm in a similar position. It's about constantly reminding yourself to stay true to who you are. Otherwise you will be guided by other people thoughts and beliefs and end up at a place where you never wanted to be. It's so difficult to have the courage and trust in yourself to believe and live your own dreams and aspirations. But it sure as hell is worth it
