@@jarydtalia3961 actually I did finally get a hold of Moza. It took 4-5 months atleast. They sent me a new cable to swap and it’s been working flawlessly ever since.

I have exactly the same problem... Still in 4th gear when in neutral. I suspect the electronic part to have some problem. It worked fine for some hundreds hours and slowly had problems until it could'nt be used anymore... Excellent shifter when it worked nice, but I'm disapointed cause I bought it in china and can't send them back (to expensive, to long etc...). I dismounted it several time to try to solve the problem but coudn't manage to solve it. This is the last time I bought something in china... But the whole price with R5 bundle + this shifter was very nice (less than 800€ with taxes). This shifter worked for 5 month, about 200 to 250 hours of use before problem starts. I will probably buy the same (it's an excellent shifter) but this time in an european seller to have warranty.

If memory serves, this one is one of the quieter ones I’ve used. I still enjoy it though :) and thanks, I enjoy this truck too. Can’t go wrong with a Ruda truck.

Moza Shit House app cant even fix this, i have the same problem, the solution: Don't buy Chinese trash like MOZA... I am switching over to Fanatec, now I need to sell the R5 kit along with refunding this trash shifter. SO MANY people having this same problem. Incompetent company.

I don’t believe American Truck Sim is on any other platform besides PC. So the answer is probably not.
