I recently visited the jewelry store to inquire about a lost earring, having been in contact with the man at the store in August and October previously. While the person I usually speak to has always been courteous, this time, a woman accompanied him who was extremely rude. I calmly explained that I hadn't received a callback, and without any change in my tone or expression, she condescendingly asserted that if there was no call, the earring wasn't there. I expressed my expectation for a courtesy call, but she continued to talk over me and dismiss my concerns. Despite the attempts of the gentleman to explain, she persisted in arguing and denied being rude. When I called her out on it, she told me to leave and not come back. This experience left me disheartened. I believe supporting businesses should be about more than the products-they should treat customers with respect and courtesy. If you're looking to invest in establishments that value politeness and respect, it might be worth exploring other options.

Greenfields is one of the best, if not the best restaurant that I have been in, I have been a customer ever since it opened. great customer service and the staff makes you feel right at home when you walk through their doors, would not go anywhere else and the prices are great for the good food they offer🙂🙂

#saveourtown I will boycott the Mall until you drop your opposition to the stadium and Newlands Park. Luton Town have been looking for a new stadium for 63 years that's 17 years longer than the Mall / Arndale has been in our town of Luton. You are causing great heartache and will be hated in this town if you scupper the stadium plans, please get behind the club and town, s we can get back behind our shopping centre.
