it makes the meltdowns even worse when someone like my sister, who basically raised me and is the only non abusive person in my family, tells me im not disabled. I dont know about you but my autism does disable me. Completely and sometimes just a little. Either way, I'm struggling and people basically telling me im not, just makes me hate myself more

I do think austistic people go through life with more challenges, but non-autistic people can relate to everything you just said.

I dont think the point is to say non autistic people don't feel this. It seems to me she wants to point out what autism means to her, and that there aren't a lot of people talking about this side of autism.

Omg the back flexibility! I’m a cheer leader and that skill is called a front limber. It’s the first step in getting your front walkover. You can look at tutorials but basically a front walkover is that just with your legs in a split position. I think you’re doing absolutely amazing and keep up the amazing work 💕🫶 ps I’m a new sub

Amazing! I think that's a front limber which in my opinion are harder as they require more back flexibility- a front walkover is legs at different times but keep going! You're doing great
