The only reason why they are different that I can see is that Batman silently is somewhat kind to some villains of his and not so kind to the others while flash always shows how he cares for everyone and the villains too and also shows it through actions too

Dude's probably from a veteran regiment. Those regiments that hang around long enough basically see everything at some point. Ciaphus Cain's regiment knew about Necrons, Chaos, 'Nids and Tau purely from having fought them and lived. To be fair, in their century+ of deployment, they only ever met one Astartes chapter (The Reclaimers) so that's one category they don't know much about. Cadians come with a knowledge of Shaos pretty much baked in.

Fun fact: Kriegers don't have a seperate Officer Corps training program. Krieger Lt.s, Colonels, etc, all started from the ground up and have simply survived this long. A 40-year old Krieger Field Marshal has, until now, simply killed everything that fought him up to this point. You do *not* want to fight a Krieger in person, or at range or in an artillery duel. Just don't fight Kriegers, ok?

Ironically, Raptors, the Raven Guard successors, would have been most loved by Imperial Guard. After their near-death they ditched the way of running into melee in peacock colors, and focused on fire drills, communication, stealth and tactics. They paint their armor to the mission terrain, maintain the distance between each other and do not seek glory or recognition. They also make it their priority to disperse to their ally Imperial Guard units, to lead and coordinate them using their superior experience and tech, as a result the Imperial Guard is kicking ass and has minimal casualties, cutting off the enemy logistics and supplies and outmaneuvering them. They also teach their recruits that Codex Astartes is a good basis, but it should be applied to any and all situation and that Raptor Astartes must make decisions based on current situation and their analysis, not on the Codex.
