That is Jarome Willams singing 1st tenor Emory Smith on 2nd’ Chris Canady on 3rd’ and Mike Smith singing the bass.. One of the best groups I’ve ever sang with was the Evereadys...!!! Jarome showed us how to stretch our vocals blend better and most of all the one thing that still sticks wit me today is “NOTES ARE MEANT TO BE RESPECTED”.... in 6yrs of our brotherhood this program was the first time us new guys sang Be Still My Soul believe it or not we were very nervous we became so surgical with that acappella by the end of our time being Evereadys.. Jerome Williams was not just a great singer he was an amazing teacher and friend. We’re definitely gonna miss you Jarome you finally made it home... RIP 🎤 🎸

This was the best that the Evereadys ever sang BE STILL MY SOUL.. I've heard them many many times and this was off the chain. Praise God for the anointed voices . R I P Jerome. I know you've got a choir up there and you're perfecting their voices.

Sugar srarted with the hightower bros. ,then the mighty clods of joy, I met him in little rock, ark in 1980, down to earth brother on par with spanky now both are gone, I miss slim calling on him to squeeze it sugar! Slim had a kindred spirit in sugar because slim also played guitar.
