Nah just constant cheating. Switching worlds to pick up items is the lamest thing, and it means whenever honest players go out to get these things they are not there. The addition of a safe zone and bank right in the middle of the wilderness, and the ability to travel there on a river that doesn't even exist makes it even easier for the cheaters to get away with it.
