Hello, actually the land in that area is substantially more than $500 an acre. Land in that area is well over 4k an acre. And there is no dirt road. This property sits at the intersection of two, two lane highways. Hwy's 70 & 837. Also there is commercial power on this poroperty as well as a 3,000 square feet building. Apparently, you must have this property mixed up with another property that is for sale that looks similar. Thanks

WOW I Love this home and the price is what I was expecting, the basement looks perfect for my wife and I but the home would need some modifications to accommodate wheelchair access since both of us have had Strokes in the last 3 years so mobility is my biggest issue but I don't see an issue here as of yet.
