@LandonWilson8813 күн бұрын
The serve in question is at 03:56 I should have added a freeze frame in the video for the audience. this camera angle doesn't do that line call any favors. on KZbin for computer/browser you can pause the video then use keys "comma & period" to look at the video frame by frame. if you look at the frame where it bounces then take into account of the camera angle it should be a wide serve.

@LandonWilson8815 күн бұрын
I can see how you feel that way watching it real time. If you will hit the settings button on the video and slow it down to 25% speed it looks out. Add on top of that the camera angle doesn't do him any favors. it should be obviously wide to Brent who called it. I know him personally and in tournaments seen him overturn his own calls or partner calls. Also call his own ball out if a couple of times. The other team didn't argue and looked like they could see it clearly as well.

What am I watching? i know the game is evolving some to a higher percentage of drives but that was silly and difficult to watch. I charted the first 20 points. Some could argue "if it ain't broke don't fix it", "keep doing what works" I however did play the lefty righty team earlier in the bracket. Our strategy was to dink and slow game. They still beat us by having less unforced errors. You can find that video here its the second match within that video. It has chapters for quick navigation.
