This is one of the nicest home breweries I've seen, probably the nicest. When I have the space some day, this is pretty much exactly how I want to do it.

LSU recommended a aerator to purge the crawfish for 12 hours which can be done if you have a air compressor and set it on a low pressure to a hose and custom make you a pipe to place under them for aerating the crawfish

I totally agree, never use salt to clean your crawfish. Crawfish wash tub works great.

A plastic jug in the hot boil?
@cathyharrell9529
@cathyharrell9529 Жыл бұрын
It is filled with ice and by the time it melts, the rest of the pot is cool enough so the plastic doesn't melt. Glass would break.
@brandonblack1473
@brandonblack1473 Жыл бұрын
@@cathyharrell9529 Plastic from the jugs will definitely melt into the boil. I don't like it. Use frozen corn, more cold lemons and oranges, a cold stick of butter, spray the outside of pot, ect....

Yeah man, I love your set up and your attitude. Your brews, your rules and that's the way everyone should approach things because we can't all do things the same way for so many reasons. Be it space, money, know how - there's a myriad of reasons why we can't. Thanks for sharing.

I’ve been brewing since 2015, great set up. I totally understand the cost of home brewing. The biggest time saver was switching to Dsank kegs for me. Big upfront cost, but well worth. Good job, cheers

I have that same Brew easy 20 gallon system. I never been able to get enough grain in the mash to utilize the autsparge properly. I just have ti let it run and regulate at the pump. Very nice brewery Sir. Look forward to seeing more of your content. Cheers.

This looks amazing, we definitely need some videos of this setup in action! I've been home-brewing now for almost a year or so, only wines, ciders, and meads so far. It's nice to see things like this and realize that it's not just me that sees it as an addicting and ever-growing hobby! Just started looking at kegs to expand on my capabilities/possibilities for recipes. Looking forward to more content!
